Pros
You'll learn a lot! Very interesting, diverse, complex patients. 4 weeks vacation, plus holidays. Some GREAT physicians, PA's and NPs as co-workers.
Cons
With such complex patients, not enough time allowed for visits. Medical assistants/ phone and front desk inadequately trained/lack of accountability for poor work performance. Take home charting almost every night.
