i have a hard time to pint out to any pros. It is a 100 years old company and it functions and acts like one.

Toxic culture - people are dishonest, playing games, backstabbers, "we are transparent" - a lie "we care about each employee" - a lie " number one priority-employees) - a lie CRM is especially unhealthy

Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
