Good for entry level - Clinical Trial Assistant CIBMTR Employee Review

Not too many cons, quite a bit of solo work while still working within a team

CIBMTR is the research arm (sub-unit) of the National Marrow Donor Program combined with bits of the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. They're a nice enough bunch of people, I guess.

The Milwaukee group seems to think they own the Minneapolis group, which just causes headaches. Culture integration efforts have been ineffective. The CIBMTR is the ignored step-child of the HSCT family - if you want to work in this field, it would be better to work at the NMDP directly, or at the University of Minnesota.
