Your advice is spot on, ‘if we want our employees to treat our clients well, we need to treat them well.’ We want our team members to speak up and let us know when they need support so that they can do the best job possible in serving our clients. It is important to us that our team members feel good about the job they are doing and have the tools they need to be supported.

The people I worked for and with were great - no complaints at all
Cons
Management is not really there to bat for you - they are just as powerless as the rest of employees (non management). Not transparency and loyalty means nothing. All for profit companies are similar in that they are there to make money, profit, grow and stay in business, but there are those that know how to take care of their employees and then there is CIBT. Sorry to say that they are poorly managed at the highest level - there is no human side to this organization. Maybe they care but they have a funny way of showing it.
