      Pros

      There are lots of Pros: 1. Management is so helpful, specially Himanshu. Greatest leader of all time. 2. Timing: Just 40 hours a week including lunch 3. Flexibility: work from home when needed. 4. Salary: On time and best Salary structuring, thanks to the HR team- Parul and Mukesh. 5: Approachable: leadership are so down to earth in COE, they are very friendly and helpful, e.g. Ritu, Hitesh and Deepak 6: Cab Facilities: Two and Fro cab facility for all employees working in shifts

      The people I worked for and with were great - no complaints at all

      Cons

      Management is not really there to bat for you - they are just as powerless as the rest of employees (non management). Not transparency and loyalty means nothing. All for profit companies are similar in that they are there to make money, profit, grow and stay in business, but there are those that know how to take care of their employees and then there is CIBT. Sorry to say that they are poorly managed at the highest level - there is no human side to this organization. Maybe they care but they have a funny way of showing it.
