Great organization. I was a mentor supporting their Social Impact Cohort -Supportive Accelerator Underrepresented Founders -Provide a variety of business workshops and investors -Access to startup tools and co-working space in Cambridge/Boston

-sometimes the startups are far from an MVP

Used to be a good company to work for with managers that cared about their employees. Lots of PTO.

Laid off all the empathetic managers. Forced out all the employees that raised questions. Purposefully passed up promoting qualified employees just to hire people that were severely under-qualified. Questionable hiring/promoting practices with regards to DEI favoritism.
