      Work all holidays and weekends Social/work life balance is difficult Not enough paid vacation time Need more Holidays off with vacation pay

      Pros

      Work life balance, hard work recognized, and some of the best management I've ever worked with. Bonuses if you work hard. Great workflow and everyone is always doing their best. Looking forward to a long career here. I thank God everyday for my job and coworkers.

      Not much. Great place in general.
