      All in all a decent company to work at. It is full of some truly great people.

      Cons

      The down side, however, is being overlooked as it seems your resume and experience are of no consequence unless you are family or friends with the owner or his close friends.

      Pros

      Work life balance, hard work recognized, and some of the best management I've ever worked with. Bonuses if you work hard. Great workflow and everyone is always doing their best. Looking forward to a long career here. I thank God everyday for my job and coworkers.

      Cons

      Not much. Great place in general.
