Pros

A lot of growth opportunity! Great management ! Physical job but deff can be very rewarding!

Cons

Shifts can be long depending on routes, and I think there should be an extra pay for going over so many hours on longer routes !

Thank you for your feedback on leveling out the days with the routes. We have several major projects that are working to improve this to help ensure a smooth day everyday. Nothing is guaranteed with Florida traffic but we’re confident it’s about to get a lot better now in the future. This is something we monitor very closely. Regardless, thanks for the feedback! Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
