      Kind Staff, Friendly Patients (for the most part), Great learning experiences, Diversity, Great Hours

      Cons

      Random Site Relocation, High Turnover + Overworked, Company is going under but the higher ups salaries are high with no paycuts, while we do more work with no additional compensation, Company is also being sold, Constant impending fear for lay offs.

      Hands-on experience with EMR systems and patient documentation. Strong patient-facing experience with diverse cases and populations. Exposure to working with multiple providers and medical specialties. Fast-paced environment that builds adaptability and multitasking skills.

      Cons

      Pay may feel lower compared to the intensity and volume of work- but unfortunately is typical for premed/prehealth professionals.
