      Good work life balance, the company also discourage off office hours contact. Convenient location beside shopping mall and MRT. Regular staff activities, optional to attend. Fair career progression Staff sales

      Reporting to HQ. Procedures not well defined. Incentive/bonus may be little or none.

      -hours -possibility of receiving a raise based on how you work -requires keycard to enter building. -benefits such as 401k & acquiring PTO

      -becomes overwhelming when working alone -rude drivers
