      No restructuring , you can work forever with same job unless big challenges

      Cons

      Korean company, only Korean can be a top management Korean communication, Korean reporting, everything Korean focused. No training for employee No management, treat employee as a tool Low Salary Very Conservative, No innovation No restructuring = Who has low performance, still remain, no development

      -hours -possibility of receiving a raise based on how you work -requires keycard to enter building. -benefits such as 401k & acquiring PTO

      -becomes overwhelming when working alone -rude drivers
