Pros
Leads are normally very kind and helpful, coworkers help explain and communicate well. The healthcare benefits are amazing. The job is relatively easy once you get the hang of it. They had a decent PTO/vacation system and pretty relaxed about giving time off of you gave them a heads up or had a good reason.
Cons
Upper management is awful. The raise system is trash. They offer new hires more pay than people who have worked there for years, for the same job title. No communication between the different shifts. Night shifts will leave the pending lists and reservations a mess and leave morning shift to deal with it. They receive no consequences either. They hired people from overseas to work on some of the reservations. We had no way of contacting these people, so anytime a customer had an issue, we couldn't do anything, and we had to deal with their anger. They force you to do extra projects that weren't a part of your original job description, which means extra training, and extra work, but will not pay you extra money.
