Pros
Lots of overtime if that's what you're looking for. Besides that, I honestly have nothing nice to say about this position.
Cons
Hectic hours, poor leadership, lack of respect for personal life, and no transparency during the interview regarding how many hours I was expected to work. I was not told that I would essentially be in a management position and be expected to not only train individuals, but also to keep track of their hours and discipline them. The expectations of the work were also not transparent, and I found myself being told different standards for the same task over my time here.
I was also a full-time student as well, and to be misled about the hours I was expected to work when I have an education to achieve, is deeply disrespectful. I was transparent from the beginning about what I brought to the table and voiced my concerns for the long hours I was working (during peak season, it was 50 - 60 hours a week!), and was told that things would slow down and they eventually would months later.
I planned on moving up in the company because I like the work they do, but my experience here has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I fear that it will be the same even at other positions.
If you plan on working here in this role, don't take anything they say about the position at face value. Make them give you exact specifics and in writing.
