Pros
The company allows you to put your fingerprints on the business. Very few companies in our industry care to solicit feedback and/or allow their employees to influence the direction of the business like CLS does. Everyone at the business, regardless of position, has the opportunity to influence the direction of the company. Many of our competitors are content with the status quo, that is the opposite of CLS. The status quo is what we are continuous challenging and many employees that have received recognition have done just that, challenged the status quo. If people are looking for an environment that allows people to influence the direction of the company, challenge the status quo and be surrounded by a team that embodies that, then this is the place for you.
Cons
Fast moving environment is not for everyone. In the past, employees coming from other firms that fell into that status quo category have had a hard adjusting. They either are not capable of keeping up or did not align with the company's values. The hardest part of CLS has been seeing good people not adopt the mindset needed to be successful here and having them leave for other ventures.
