Cons
A very immature leadership team, uncontrolled expenses by the leadership team, a blind eye to the manipulation by the operations leader to run their own agenda. While all the town hall meetings over the past couple of years were inspiring employees to work very hard to support the future growth of the company and desire of the leadership to be an industry leader, how is it that you had to significantly downsize the company so dramatically and take a huge leap backward? It Is it possible that the leadership team simply doesn't have the skills to accomplish out what they envision and they really are just enthusiastic sales people at the end of the day being controlled & directed by a very amateur operations leader spending the profits on excess operations staff and meaningless initiatives? From the cubicles where employees sat, this is the reality that we saw happening.
