Pros

-They invest in their people, ensuring they feel supported, enabling them to be themselves. This brings the best out of the employees which in turn makes the company successful. -As well as the above, they also offer great benefits and rewards for hard work (team lunches, annual holidays, fun and interactive sales meetings). Not just for money brought into the business but also for showing a good work ethic which is just as important at CMA. -Business confidence. Due to the excellent tenor at CMA, a lot of consultants have many years of knowledge as well as having built strong relationships giving them a great reputation which then gives the staff confidence in the future of the business. -Training and guidance. CMA don't throw you in the deep end and expect you to swim without any assistance. Instead they learn who you are and how you work best and adapt their training style to you, ensuring you have the best chance of being successful. -Flexibility and trust. The environment at CMA is very open and understanding. They offer hybrid working and flexible hours meaning you can do things such as attend important personal appointments without worrying as you are trusted to get the work done and complete your contracted working hours.

Pros

CMA are exceptionally good at what they do and offer a fantastic environment to learn from the best. The average tenure is over 12 years, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture and leadership. It’s a close-knit team with desks split fairly, ensuring balanced opportunities for everyone. The company culture is supportive and friendly, with strong relationships among colleagues. There are regular team socials and nights out, creating a great sense of community. CMA also recognise and reward hard work through quarterly awards and a strong commission scheme. If you put the effort in, you’ll definitely see the rewards.

Nothing I’ve experienced so far would stop me from giving CMA a full five-star review.
