It has the feel of a small firm, while simultaneously feeling bigger, as they have multiple locations. It was super nice to get to know everyone so quickly since the office was so small. Everyone was super helpful and was patient with me as I learned more about my role.

Not very many cons—the internship program could have been a little more structured or intentional, but other than that, it was a really great experience.

- great management, care about every employee and know them all as people, not numbers - create events and engaging activities for employees across disciplines and offices to connect - lots of great work; people genuinely care about the work they do - well rounded: site visits, meetings with clients, etc. all part of the experience off the bat - many different opportunities and avenues for work. A great place to spend your time and grow in your career!!!

Literally no downsides to working here. if you're thinking of working here, DO IT!
