      Lots of reorganization to adjust to changing business conditions.On the job learning is great. Consolidation creates opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Too many people trying to cover, lay low and avoid layoffs. Corporate office can be cut-throat and lacks focused direction to strategic objectives.
