      Pros

      Strong leadership with a consistent vision to get the company through a tough steel market. Major turnover in the "C Suite" has changed the culture and the energy of the company from where it was just a few years ago. Good work/life balance and interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      The steel industry is not for the faint of heart. I have seen highs and lows here and it can turn from great to bad overnight.
