Pros
Freshers can learn a lot in this company. Peers gives hands on training in the project. Relationship between team members is excellent. Canteen was good. Breakfast and lunch served at the cafeteria were excellent.
Cons
The old managers in the company are really horrible. They behave like they are your guardians or your head masters of your school. They don't give hike, they don't cheer up, they don't appreciate your work. They would make you work for 12 hours a day without any company benefits. They would call you to work on all the Saturdays almost and don't either pay a comp off or they pay extra for that day. HR people also don't cooperate and think themselves as the boss of all employees. They pay extremely low.
