Pros
Learned a lot during my 4 year stay here. You will dabble on a little bit of everything from marketing, merchandising and operations and you will definitely learn a lot about how the company operates. Lead by a great executive team which provides great mentoring and learning opportunities for employees. Gives you freedom to express your creativity as long as you are abiding brand guidelines. Treated employees fairly during the pandemic (no pay cuts and no one was let go off) they also provide shuttle service for employees. There's also a clear career pathway which won't make you feel stagnant
Cons
Work-life balance can be blurred sometimes. Since it's a retail company, there are weekends when you need to monitor sales, especially during peak or sale seasons. The hours can be long, from 7 am to 5 pm, and the work schedule isn't very flexible.
