- You can learn a lot of knowledge, which not in the job scobe included but not only project management, dev ops, front&backend, system architecture, business analyst - Claude provided - Flexible working hour, but just clock in need on time - Build your career
Cons
- Lower pay - Lack of project management - Senior techinal manager always forgot the techinical stacks - Senior techinical manager is keep on mental bullying, say people negative thinking when people not follow his instruction - 3 months notice period, even is probation - You should know what I meant on the pros - Very basic benefits and increment - Senior techinical manager poor on assigning job to employees, when u give a doubt then look at point 4
