      Amazing work in a Owner's Rep type of role for retail and restaurant construction. Fantastic culture. Remote work, with options for meetups. Travel to great places. Job flexibility.

      Cons

      The salary could be higher, but the perks offset this.

      Pros

      Small company with a great team of professionals. Owner is very involved and great to work with. Supervisor is phenomenal, alwsy has my back and encourages learning and growth. Actively participates in teaching things. Very good work/life balance. Everyone is remote 100% of the time. Your job is the boss, no micro managing of your time. No strict work hours, just stay on top of your projects and respons in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Can't think of any negatives excpet pay is a little under the average. But the perks make up for it. Travel is fun and you get to explore all the major cities in the US.
