Expectations regarding caseload are too high considerng amt of paperwork. Some managers play favorites. They ask for employees feedback but often do not implement.

Working in this sector can be emotionally taxing and has risk of dealing with burnout. Salaries in the nonprofit/mental health sector can be lower compared to hospital sector roles. Community Sector gets limited government salary increases and this can lead to under-staffing /increased workloads during high-demand periods.
