Pros

- So many development opportunities, both upward and lateral - Work/life balance, Flex Time and Summer Fridays - Have never had layoffs & have offered an annual bonus every year I’ve been there - Exec team makes it a point to know everyone - Many outlets to submit feedback and/or solutions, including anon and non-anon options - 4x a month in-office or client visit policy (previously 3x a week in-office policy pre-Covid) - Monthly town hall style meetings where hard work is praised

Cons

- Had some growing pains since we got so big so fast and so many employees were hired at the peak of Covid, but things have started to settle - Sometimes too many people have the opportunity to share their opinion so decisions take a while to be made - Experience very much depends on client/team and can very greatly between accounts/departments

Pros

Assuming this is for the company in general and not the job title/definition specifically, CMI Media Group offers high flexibility in allowing individuals direct lines of communication to any level as well as input in their development and role. Upper management is fairly transparent and compensate is extremely fair.

Cons

Today's culture pressures the company and WPP, for that matter, to overcompensate on programs, policies and events to avoid litigation. It should be clear, however, that this is certainly a preventative or avoidance strategy, not a response to historic issues.

Pros

Great work/life balance compared to other agencies. Very secure job. Bonuses and promotions are given it out often. Great people to work with. Really great benefits.

Cons

Lower pay compared to agency competitor. Systems and processes are a little dated. Want to compete with bigger agencies but fail to take the steps needed to do so. Lots of shuffling around teams and brands.
