Pros
- The talent at this network is incredible across the board. Atlanta, DC, NYC, and Internationally the caliber of employees is truly phenomenal. People are great to work with - Resources are great and health benefits are pretty good - Great fertility benefits and decent maternity leave - Flexible PTO options
Cons
- It is so hard to grow here. You really have to put in overtime consistently and advocate for yourself nonstop, and even then, you may be stuck in a role for years and years. Many people have had to leave this network in order to grow at all in their careers. - Not remote friendly. They are not flexible with remote work. - Many bureaus aren't properly staffed and overwork their employees - Many of the work environments are toxic due to poor management - Management lacks compassion and empathy for basic personal complex experiences that anyone might experience throughout life and have it impact their career - Pay is consistently far below acceptable for caliber of talent, time spent working, and immense dedication to the job that is required in this industry. You can never be "off."
