      Pros

      Cocc is more of family run company feel, its is a nice welcoming company. Pay is just ok. People are welcoming..hr was good too.

      Cons

      Not everyone will fit in, it is doing thing s well the old way, not to say its bad it was like going back in time..bonuses are ok but not great minimal. You have to drink the COCC kool-Aid, just not a good fit for me. Onboarding was way overkill too
