time-off, members are pretty great, a few very dedicated, hard working employees but they get taken advantage of
Cons
Drama, if CEO and his favorites don't like you, you are screwed. They treat anyone that likes to drink and party differently than those that do a great job for the company but do not fit in their circle. HR person does not have employees' best interest as a consideration let alone a priority. Promotions are based on who you are. Not the level of work you that you perform.
