Pros

- Great coworkers. - Good mission. - Good work from home policy.

Cons

- They have a long history of being mentally and emotionally abusive to the lower staff and don't take responsibility for their actions but put blame on lower staff. - Fails to recognize nepotism, and continues to do. (i.e. eliminates an entire team that is doing well also is the core purpose of the org and saves an entire team that has yet to be proven.) - Leadership is highly delusional. - Whoever seems to be the most "woke" wins the day yet they are the most dangerous to the mission. - Many people who have worked here "mysteriously" disappeared. - Very questionable practices that are highly unprofessional. - Leadership seems to place self interest above that of everyone else including the community that is supposed to be served. - Leadership has a history of manipulating the truth. - Leadership lacks transparency. - Leadership lacks basic business sense. - Ultimately this org is a danger unto its original purpose. - Leadership is highly hypocritical. They say one thing and do the thing that is contrary to what was said. - Leadership has a high degree of spin culture. (Saying anything to make things sound "right" but is not able to give clear and full explanations.) - Leadership doesn't have a clear vision. - Leadership fails to understand race issues of the day as they are still grappling with the concepts of their own identity and identity in relation to others. - Leadership is highly political and dramatic.

Pros

The programs team and most new employees genuinely desire to increase racial equity.

Cons

Management is far too busy with personality and extended vacations to actually support team needs. Outside of ego wars and long-winded speeches there's no clarity or strategy to move forward that actually has any legs.
