Pros
On paper this seems like a good company to work for - reality is much different. Fellow colleagues were fantastic & the work was sometimes interesting.
Cons
Company is managed by unintelligent, unskilled, narcissistic megalomaniacs who promote a culture of bullying and intimidation due to their gross inability to act like human beings. It is a very uncool, lame work environment with an unhealthy dose of micromanagement thrown in. If you seek a respectable career in the music industry - stay away.
