HR is very unorganized. Some of the higher management does not know how to talk to their employees.

You help people, and gain a lot of experience.

The choice in management here was horrendous. I have never had so many panic attacks than working here. Felt constantly disrespect by my coworkers and like my boss never had my back, in fact felt like they were competing against me. The worst part of the job isn’t the clients, it’s the upper management.
