      Pros

      Providing salary on time. Works as per the UAE Labor Law. Owners directly hands-on with the Company, so any concerns you may have you may have get an opportunity to raise it directly with the Owners.

      Cons

      Some few project Heads employed by the Company are not that properly selected or may have not been properly assessed of their backgrounds and professional qualities. Few minor internal issues regarding supports to Field Supervision Teams.
