Pros
Up to now in CSCL, flexibility, salary, atmosfear and staff, but due to the recent merging with COSCO Container Lines probably everything changed in the new COSCO Shipping Lines. Bright company future after couple of years thanks to PRC goverment financial muscle.
Cons
The new entity hinerited COSCO software and even it's a powerfull tool, it's extremely rigid and unable to follow client needs without introducing excessive deskjob and internal cost. At the end that means too much useless job per employee to obtain a poor result due to big and unefficient structure.
