      Managers were always very flexible Paid trainings or anytime we had after hours meetings

      Having two people to staff the simulator would be best

      -Amazing people -Mission drive organization -Diversity and equity are important to the organization and leaders.

      Cons

      -Shortsighted leadership -Great culture (in theory) but not in practice -Leadership really does not value the work of frontline workers. Little or no room for work life balance.
