Pros
The people are friendly and they give you scheduled time to work on your career development plan. They are clear from the beginning that they want you to advance throughout the company. Good benefits. I was able to work from home within a year of my start date.
Cons
Getting time off can be hard The schedule when you start is usually until 9 at night (but that's to be expected with a 24/7 service window)
