      Pros

      Nice work area, mostly nice and professional supervisors. Pay is good for the market.

      Cons

      The business model is really bad. Their Financial Reps (agents) had VERY high turnover! You would spend your whole day apologizing for customers not being able to reach their rep or fixing reps mistakes. Twice I heard co-workers say something derogatory about other races.
