Pros
Great office space, decent PTO and benefits (although the premiums are a bit high).
Cons
Company is going through a lot of changes right now from a financial perspective and struggling to keep employees now that they're requiring 3x/week in office. This is a good company that could be great again when they're done with all the changes.
