Pros
Good benefits, some great people, yearly profit sharing, and they do encourage volunteering. Decent salary depending on area you work in.
Cons
IT management are all "yes" people. Those that wouldn't go along with upper management, were let go or pushed out. Recently the new IT management decided to go with more contractors than employees.
