Good people, nice friendly culture. Its a good company for an insurance agent but not for anyone coming from financial services.
Cons
Rate of pay, Qualified account fund family offerings, no 401K poor benefits package.Your unable to focus on the Financial side if that's your strong suit as your required to chase P&C business to meet thresholds.
