Pros
Working at COUNTRY for almost 30 years, I never met a person I didn't like. The work environment felt like family, felt safe, and was an enriching experience....until the new Target membership took over.
Cons
Many of us, who was good at our jobs and very familiar with the technical environment and the business requirements were suddenly displaced. A smaller subset was trained to do the jobs we've been doing for 10 plus years, and given 30 days to learn. Many of us were told "you've done nothing wrong, management is moving in a new direction". The whole experience left us feeling used / betrayed / devastated. Those left behind were left holding a bag of inexperienced employees surrounded by outsourced "assets" and management who's mantra became "Yes, Ma'am".
