      Pros

      Summer Fridays and some really good people (for now, at least)

      Cons

      Don’t be fooled by the overall decent score bc so much has changed in the past ~6 months. Used to be a good place to work, people were happy despite the average pay and average benefits. Then our CEO decided that it was unacceptable for people to enjoy working here and has done everything he can to make us miserable. Everyone hates it here and everyone is trying to leave or has already left

      Great people, Summer Friday’s, catered lunch

      Cons

      There is a RTO mandate over the course of a year which started off at 2 days then to 3 then to 4. Everyone is overworked and people are leaving left and right. No one is getting hired to help out and everyone is just unhappy.
