The dynamic of the company was awful, backstabbing people. Got told one thing and was questioned why I did it and had no backup, was literally a run around to get this that and the other and didn't actually do any work I was meant to do. Got screamed at for everything and never appreciated.

not a single person wearing a mask when up and moving around from their desks staff will walk right up to you and start talking to you without a mask management in close contact in meeting rooms without masks 4.30 drinks where everyone is milling around chatting as if there is no pandemic no good reason for them to even be in the office during national lockdown
