      Pros

      CPI products are fantastic. They actually do what they claim. Taking the product to architects, is a great way to get the product specified, as well as teaching them the benefits of Daylighting in design. Having such a successful product helped to build relationships so that the marketing area was able to grow.

      Cons

      In the years the direct territory was changed so many times never allowing to keep the relationships that you work so hard at building to continue so that you benefit from all your hard work.

      Pros

      Open environment and great people to work with. A lot of experience can be had by talking to your peers.

      Cons

      Management tends to micro manage the company. Besides a select few, there is not a lot of room for growth. Pay is moderate. Annual raises are low if any.
