Pros
This company is quite professional. It honors veterans and supports drivers. The school is rigorous and challenging if you want to do well. You must use your own initiative to study and practice the extra hours to really succeed. Those who failed (roughly a third) either didn't put in the extra work or couldn't pass physical or administrative screenings. It helps a lot to already be familiar with double clutching and pre-trip inspections. Every indication so far tells me this is a top notch company with very safe drivers. I feel like I'm now a member of a pretty elite company.
Cons
Nothing drastic. Its a school pipeline that processes hundreds/thousands of new drivers so minor delays occur occasionally - no big deal if you are focused on becoming a professional driver making 50k or more.
