Pros
Everyone is willing and helpfull, great equipment. Training was very good, and the fact that CrEngland does recognise and cares about their drivers.
Cons
I dont think I have alot maybe I have one thing, phase 1 training the fact that the trainers dont have that much experience driving truck and they end up as trainer too soon.
