Pros
All the time and effort that you put into your day to day work you really see a reward. When you work hard for this company they take care of you. The England's have really worked hard to change the culture around to focus more on the driver and make sure that they know just how much we appreciate them.
Cons
It can get hectic. Usually have to exercise a lot of patience to make sure that the new drivers understand what they are doing, and you spend a lot of time repeating yourself. But that's usually dependent on their learning style.
