Pros
At the time of being hired, I thought it was an awesome start to a career in customer service. Three years later, I realized what a hot mess this place is. I am giving 2 stars, just because there are about 3 individuals that are still there that I respect and value.
Cons
Extremely unprofessional managers (position was like a revolving door) and toxic work environment from top to bottom. Very unhealthy work-life balance. No compensation for working 50+ hour weeks, especially during their busy season. Absolutely no legitimate training or continued learning for entry level positions up to the managers. No room to grow or move up in the company. No competitive raises or insensitive. Overall lack of respect and appreciation for employees. Very rude and toxic billing department employees and department head. Extremely unorganized office life and lack of care for customers belongings (would not recommend sending your clothes there). Many of the employees were related, which was very unprofessional and showed unfair favoritism. “HR” was extremely passive and clearly involved in toxic gossip circles — when things were supposed to be confidential. Some days it was embarrassing to see how unprofessional the company was on the inside and how professional they tried to appear on the outside. Having worked at their home office franchise, I would never recommend this company to someone looking for a job or interested in becoming a franchisee. I’m happy I left properly, many employees would walk out.
