It's a great place with amazing people. Typically not as big of payouts as traditional SaaS products with a smaller price tag BUT an amazing product with high volume fast paced sales with no shortage of qualified leads.
The people and culture are amazing and it's an amazing startup to be apart of. Not like a traditional public company- no one will hold your hand and check in with you weekly to make sure you are hitting goal. You do have to grind and get creative but it's worth it because the product is really cool and so are the people you're working next to.
Cons
Like I said, doesn't pay as much as a traditional Mid Market SaaS product but the job, company, and team make it worth it. It's a great place to work if you figure out what works for you.
