Pros
Work from home. Decent progress, but not great. They’ve made some processes a lot less complicated, brought in some new managers and new hires. If you’re meeting your production numbers, they completely leave you alone and don't bother you, which is cool because I just want to put my head down, work, and skip the small talk.
Cons
They hired a ton of people all at once, which makes it impossible to train them properly while still required on hitting your own production numbers. A lot of times, clients take forever to give us system access, but still expects files done on time anyway. Benefits have tanked—they took away the 401k match, there haven't been raises in over 4 years, and zero bonuses. There’s no real room to grow. Plus, if someone calls in sick, you’re basically expected to do the work of two or three people to try and hit their month end quotas.
